Boyfriend advice needed

So me and my boyfriend tonight kissed and everything when I went over and after he said he wants to think about our relationship and talk to god if it's good for him or not .... He said a he wants to take a break... What do i do or think right now ? Please I am so upset and hurt .. I walked out tonight and said .. If you needed time to think.. How could you kiss some like that then put me aside ....
