Rough sex

Hi so I'm new to this and super uncomfortable talking about this, but I'm just going to go for it. So about 4 nights ago I had sex with this guy I've been having sex with off and on for about 3 years now. We always have great sex, but it's also very long and rough. Not kinky rough, but just intense you know. So this past time it had been about 4 months since I had sex and it was intense and lasted a long time. I've been having pain in my vag, some bleeding, and clear discharge. I finally took a look down there and realized my down yonder area looks totally different then what it's looked like before. Like stretched out. Another thing I noticed is the circle around my "entry" area is ripped and painful. So I guess I'm here to talk about if anyone has ever experienced this before and if my south side will heal and "bounce back" if I don't have sex for a while or if it's gonna be like that forever. Should I see a doctor about it? I don't like seeing this change and it makes me feel nasty. I don't have sex all the time, but I feel like this makes it look like I do everyday! Thoughts, comments, advice?
