Anyone else

I'm having a sharp pain in my stomach and some weird/strange feeling in my pelvic area and also pain underneath my left breast and in my breasts but I'm sure they're just lactating but the stomach pains have just started yesterday and idk what causes them or if it's normal but it hurts and it's not like a contraction pain it's a straight stabbing pain. Anyone else or anyone know what this could be from I'm 34 weeks and 6 days
