Implantation bleeding 10dpo, BFN 12dpo. Did i test too early? Ovulation test positive 11dpo

I ovulated 12 days ago. 2 days ago (10dpo) i had what i felt was implantation bleeding. It was light pink mixed with cervical mucus. Only lasted about 3 hours. Got a negative pregnancy text today but a positive ovulation test yesterday. Im super confused. Could i be pregnant and tested too early? How long should i wait after implantation bleeding to take a hpt?

I had what I believe to be implantation bleeding at 7 DPO and didn't get my BFP until 15 DPO and when AF was two days late.  You have to let that you HCG build up!💓
