Pregnant or...?

Hey! So I had sex with my ex right before I left town for the next two years and now I'm worried that I might be pregnant. I love kids and I wouldn't mind it but it still is really crazy. He is the only person that I have ever been with and he wants me to be his wife one day when he becomes a man lol what should I do??
