The other day I went for a poo and it didn't take much to go I didn't have to strain a lot and it was difficult so I'm not quite sure if it was a tair. But, anyway I went to the toilet and when I wiped my whole tissue was covered in bright red blood. It went on for 24 hours and it kept getting heavier I even took a photo and asked my mom if she sees it. (I have to sometimes because I have a mental disorder that causes me to have audio and visual hallucinations.) My mom saw it. 

The next day it was gone, there was no blood and that night come 10:30pm it randomly quit bleeding and since then it stopped. I'm still worried because I'm not sure if it could be some of the medications I'm on? Or if something actually wrong. I've had to poo every day more then twice for the past two weeks so far. 

And there's been least twice there's been a toilet not just tissue full of blood. 

Does anyone know what could be happening?
