Anal sex?

Please I don't want any negative comments or judgemental comments all I want and need is supportive help. I had a miscarriage about a week ago now. I haven't stopped bleeding just yet, I'm still spotting. I just wanted to know if it's okay to have anal sex? Of course very gentle, my partner and I have really drifted and oral just isn't enough right now. We both really want some intimacy back, am I okay to have anal sex? We used to do it all the time. And I feel like it's what we need at least right now :(
