False positive dreams are shattered

I took two pregnancy tests the other day and both of which tested BFP! I was so excited and so was my SO. I had my first doctors appointment today and they told me I was negative... I asked what could have happened and they said I could be about to experience a very early miscarriage but not showing any signs yet. This is even more heart breaking because we've already experienced one miscarriage this summer. I'm getting extremely worried that there is something personally wrong with me... I just want to cry. Has this happened to anyone else. Any and all help would be appreciated and is welcomed.  I've attached a picture of what my pregnancy test looked like from the other day just for help.
