Weight gain

Madyson
I just want to start off by saying it's not my intention to offend anyone with this. I've been seeing a lot lately, women who are so concerned about gaining weight during pregnancy because they don't want to have the extra pounds after birth. I totally understand this, and I feel the same way, but your body gains weight the way your body is going to gain weight. I'm 28+2 and I've already gained the 25lbs my midwife told me to gain. I'm getting stretch marks on my sides, thighs and boobs regardless of the fact that I've been moisturizing every day. Your body is growing a miracle, you should just let it happen. You can always work on your image after the baby is born but who's to say you won't ever be able to have another baby? I know quite a few women who can't conceive or went through so many treatments just to be able to have their one baby and most of us on here were blessed to be able to get pregnant unassisted. Image isn't everything, ladies. Grow your babies proudly. 😋
