OPK Month 1- all highs, no peak

Hi Ladies, I'm new here. This is my first cycle off of the pill, and I'm well aware it could take a few cycles before thing regulate. I started using CBE Adv opk, more out of curiosity than anything else. I am currently on day 18, and 8 straight days of high, but no peak. Does this mean: a) I probably didn't ov this cycle... b) Im going to ov late/have a weird, long cycle, or c) I may have already ov'd but the surge was not detected? I know there's no way to know for sure, I'm just wondering what others have experienced. We BD on the first 5 high days I got, but I am going to strongly assume we are out this month!
