Am I irregular?

Question

Hi, I was hoping someone would be able to tell me of my cycles would be considered irregular or not? I never thought much about it but seeing them listed like that, they don't seem very regular to me 😕 But I'm not sure how much variance there needs to be to be considered actually irregular. Thanks ☺

As long as they are under 35 days, their normal! Follicular phase isn't as important (as long as the whole cycle isn't longer than 35 days) its the luteal phase that has a little meaning to it. Make sure its not less than 10 days! :-)

It looks perfect! The follicular phase doesn't matter too much. It's the luteal phase that's important to allow for implantation.  Are you counting spotting as period days? Or do you have a flow for 8 days?

It's pretty regular... The variance is only a couple of days each month, lots of women vary by that much. Are you tracking ovulation? You should find that your luteal phase is the same every month - the variance is in the follicular phase :-)
