Where does it all go??!

So I've always had sex with a condom but now that I'm on the pill my SO and I decided we will have sex without one..but I don't know where all the semen goes after he finishes..like does it drip out of me?? Do I run to the bathroom or do I lie there for it all the settle down haha help pls
