A little concerned

My 20 month old daughter is in the hospital with three different kinds of pneumonia, bronchitis, adenovirus and RSV. She has been very ill since Saturday. I am averaging about 2 hours of sleep a night. Trying to stay hydrated and eat often while in here. But stress levels are high and exhaustion seems to be kicking in. I am not going to leave her and I am trying my best to rest when she does. But what are signs that I need to look for that baby boy needs a break. I don't want to put him in distress, but also need to care for her. Thoughts?!
