Curious??

Hi ladies, hope everyone is well, this is my first pregnancy & my first post! I hope this doesnt sound silly but im very curious to know the answer, i had spinal surgery last year that really didnt go well leaving me with mobikity problems which lead to weight gain, im now 13 weeks pregnant and i dont know if im starting to show or if its just the extra weight?? Because ive never been pregnanct before i dont know what to look out for and what to expect really. Anyone any ideas? Thanks so much in advance. Xx
