Cramps! Help!!!
Hey ladies so I'm 20 and I've had a pretty regular period but this time my cramps are unbearable! I've tried every pain killer I can think of, heat pads, ice packs, everything and no relief. Are there any home remedies you guys suggest? They're so painful I can't sleep.
