Bleeding at 5 weeks

Yesterday afternoon (post sex) I had a bleed, I'm 5 weeks today, went to the er where they did an internal scan which showed a gestational sac measuring 5 weeks 2 days couldn't see much else, and HCG came back as 3300, one week ago was 660, does this sound positive or should I be worried? Bleeding stopped shortly after it started
