36w2d and lost mucus plug

Looks like I may have lost my plug! This is my first pregnancy, I have no clue what to expect. Yesterday at the OB I was 50% effaced and 1/2cm dilated. Any idea how long now before labor starts? The mucus plug was a surprise to me!
