Messed up cycles

So we are back to baby-making after our ectopic in November. I had surgery (bled of course after that) finally got a period almost 6 weeks later. Now I'm on CD39!! I'm not sure when I ovulated because I'm pretty sure I got a bad batch of LH tests (they were all positive! Lol) Still no BFP! :( I'll take my last test Sunday to know for sure I didn't get pregnant this month (it's been about 2 weeks since last BD)

I know it could take a while to get back to normal after MC or ectopic, but I thought my first period was a sign that everything was back on track. It's so frustrating bc once I realize we were unsuccessful, all I want is AF to start so we can go again!
