HCG levels , HELP!

I need some help here , I had my blood work done last Friday , my hcg levels were at 500.. Saturday I had some intense cramping and went to the er , they did a blood tests and my levels were at 1390 , no one has told me about how far along that is , I quit trying to get pregnant , so I stopped tracking everything ! To give you a little idea , my last full period was November 5th , which lasted 7 or 8 days .. I had spotting in December around the 8th for about 3 days .. I just want to know how far along I could be . Can someone help me please !
