6w growth spurt.. Outgrow clothes overnight??

LO is going thru growth spurt I believe. Yesterday she was very cranky and had little sleep but ate like crazy. Today she has been sleepy all day. And now this evening she suddenly doesn't fit her newborn clothes! Length wise that is. I swear she must've grown an inch in a day bc what fit her yesterday doesn't fit now. Can they grow that fast? 0-3m is too baggy still tho. Has anyone's else's babies grown out of clothes like that in one day??
