I need advice!!!

On the 9th-12th of January I had spotting it was red and then went to brown and stopped and now on the 20th of January I started having brown spotting again very very lightly!!! And I just noticed tonight like when I move around a lot or lean forward the brown discharge comes out more and it also has clear discharge with it I'm so confused and I took tests and all were negative!!! Advice please
