IUD periods

I have the IUD in and it is starting to really annoy me because, I get really bad back pains, my periods are so irregular, some months I don't even get a period. And I never know when my period is going to start anymore it used to be on the 5th of every month for 3 days. Now it could be any day and any length, I've had it in for 2 years now but I am allergic to a lot of hormonal conception, I know there are condoms but I don't like to just trust them because I get worried incase they don't work and the stress makes me miss periods which makes me worse 😂 but I must admit I have always said I love the IUD but recently I've not known when Mother Nature was going to show up and it's quite often being in awkward places/situations.
