Ovulation test help

According to glow yesterday was my first fertile day I have been taking ovulation tests for the past few days and they are all the same I can see a very very very faint second line and it hasn't changed, is this normal? I've never taken these before, I know I should just wait and keep trying but just thought maybe somebody maybe has had similar...thanks oh and my cm is egg white hence why glow thinks this is my fertile time
