I had my twin girls 2 months ago. Didn't go poo for about 5-6 days after birth. Now that I go poo it hurts soo much and I bleed. Does anyone know why? Its been happening since I gave birth. November 17. It was a vaginal birth, both babies. Plz help me on this. Scared to go to the doctors..

Well, if the blood is outside the poop, it could be an anal fissure. They usually resolve on their own. It helps if you eat fiber so you go regularly and using a stool softener can help too. Mine lasted three years, it would break open with large poops. But I'm alright now. I had twins too. The general anesthesia really messed me up. If there is blood in your stool, see your doctor!

Congrats.  17th November is my son's birthday. Drink water a lot and try to see if u can get pills to soften your poo.

I'm not sure if that's normal or not,but do not be scared to speak with your doctor! Just mention it at your next appointment or just call and ask.
