I'm scared

This will be my first child but I'm a bit nervous and sad. I recently just had a miscarriage at 8 weeks and 3 days didn't find out until I was 9weeks 3 days now 2 months later here I am 5 weeks and 4 days   I'm happy but I don't wanna get to excited but then again I feel as if this is a blessing cause not everyone gets pregnant again so quickly.  Only my fiancé and two best friends know ugh it's driving me insane.
