Reduced flow
Hi!
I'm 23, no major health issues.
Over the last year or so, my flow has reduced from five days to four. Also, the last few months, I haven't had a single day with heavy flow.
I know that it's supposed to be completely normal for flow to change over time, but it still bothers me quite a bit. Please help.
