PERIOD PROBLEMS, BLOOD CLOTS?

I got my last depo shot in Feb 2015 and didn't have any bleeding until September 2015, irregular bleeding throughout November and December. I saw a little bit of a pattern that I would get bleeding at the end of every month. So I guessed my periods were regulating. I started bleeding on the 17th of Jan and I'm still bleeding after 7 days, I feel low in energy, moody I've got cramps and hungry a lot I've put weight on and I am passing blood clots. My boyfriend just suggested that I could have had a very early miscarriage and I'm really confused as to what's going on. Can anyone give me advice?? Xx
