How much sleep do you need?? 😴

I find that as a full time student trying to work to cover the bills, I'm useless for anything less than 9 😩 How do you operate when there's simply not enough time for sleep?? ☕️??

I have a 7 week old baby. I'm going to school and I work full time. I'm lucky if I get 5 hours of sleep. lol

I am a full time student and also work a full turn job. I am take 16 hrs a semester while working 40+ hrs. By the time I get home and cook for my SO, do homework, clean, and prepare for the jext day there is barely enough time left in my day for sleeping more than 4-5 hrs a night. This is not counting if I'm in the mood for sex with the boyfriend or just time spent with him

Lack of sleep is directly linked to premature death, sleeping enough is the most important thing you can do for your body. Is say anything less than 6 hours isn't enough.
