Period troubles

1/3 I have horrendous periods, and I just came on 3 days late today, and I was being sick everywhere due to cramps which is normal, but when I go to wee, my period kind of just falls out because I don't wear tampons at home when I have lazy days, and so when I'm sitting on the toilet I get this string of continuous blood that falls from my vagina, any one got any ideas of what it is ???
