Crazy period..?

I've been on the same birth control for almost 2 years now, (pill) and my periods have been right on time every time except for a few months back I had like a mid period period and what I mean by that is I had my regular period and 2 weeks later I had another one then 2 weeks after that I had another regular period. So I let that go and now at the end of December I had my period and 2 weeks later I had another one and now that I'm supposed to be on my period right now I haven't had it at all. Spotting here and there but it's very little. (yes I'm sexually active as I am married lol)

Anybody have anything similar? Or any advice for me? - Thanks
