Sickness all day

Hello! This is my third pregnancy. Second pregnancy ended due to no fluid around the baby at 22 weeks. Now I'm pregnant again and this one is so different. I just started to feel sick all day. Very gassy as well. I feel like the gas is making me feel even more sick. I have absolutely 0 energy. What are some things to ease all of these symptoms that are pregnancy safe? I am considered high risk because of the last pregnancy.
