Itchy arm pits :/

Okay for the past like 4-5 days after getting out of the shower in the evenings I get really super itchy arm pits...its just really annoying and they are irritated. I thought it was because I hadn't shaved in a few days but I tried shaving and its not helping. Its gotten so bad that the other night I looked at them and they were bleeding and was really red in the creases. Could it be my deoterant. I was using suave and I just switched to secret...not sure if that is it though but its really bothering me!
