How long after you and your SO moved in together did it take for him to pop the question?

My SO and I have been living together in our own home for over a year now, just curious to you ladies, how long into it did he pop the question?

He popped the question after 2.5 years dating. We won't be moving in together until after marriage

My rule was to wait until I got married. I know it's old fashion but I wanted it to be different when we got married and not let him get comfortable with just living together. My husband proposed a little after a year and we have been happily married for 10 1/2 years.

I dont see living together without being married wrong. I believe you dont truley know someone until youve lived with them. Ive lived with my boyfriend for 2 years and i know him better then he knows himself. Marrige isnt something that should be rushed, i want my first marrige to be my only marrige. So ill take the couple of years to make sure i know my man before we make a lifetime commitment.

June 2015 was a big month for us. We started the process of buying a home. Two weeks later he proposed, the next week we closed on a home and moved in. The week after that we found out we were pregnant (after 5 years of trying!) Unfortunately we lost the baby in July. But yea. He proposed a week before we moved into our home.

I'm pretty sure my husband knew he wanted to marry me before I moved in. We took about a year and a half to move in for one reason or the other. I had a rental contract I didn't want to break, he was in the process of buying a house, just life things, then he went on a family trip for 2 weeks, I couldn't go cuz of work but he asked me to move in when he got back. 2 or 3 months later he proposed on my birthday.
