I'm worried ?

Yesterday I had to go to the ER because I had blood come out when I lied and I also had it a while I wiped afterwards I was told that my placenta is slightly torn I'm 11 weeks and 5 days and I'm scared also I need to see my doctor tomorrow! Has anyone else experienced This? How bad can it get? I also read that there can be internal bleeding and I won't know until seen by a doctor. I am very worried and idk how to have peace of mind!
