Methotrexate to induce miscarriage

Has anyone been given methotrexate shot to help induce miscarriage? I received 2 shots on Friday the 15th. They told me I would miscarry 1-2 days later. Had hcg level checked Tuesday 1/19 and it was 1400 and again on Friday 1/22 and it went down to 861. I have started spotting and feel like I do when I about to start my period. Was wondering what symptoms people had/during miscarriage?
