Mil problems

Firstly, I used to try and get along with my mil but after continuously attacking my husband and I about situations out of our control or getting mad at us for refusing to hand over money every time she's in short supply, I don't really care to talk to her anymore. Well now that I'm pregnant she has decided she wants to throw my babyshower and be MORE involved in our lives. I have 3 girlfriends who have already expressed wanting to plan one for me. I agreed to let the 3 of them work together to do so back when I first found out about my pregnancy. How do I go about telling my mil I want her to have nothing to do with my shower? Let alone with my pregnancy. I feel like an asshole but I don't want negativity around me and that's all she ever is.
