Endometriosis! help!!!

I'm freaking myself out! I have been told I have unexplained infertility so I have been looking into some things that it could be. I feel like I have all of the symptoms for endo. After reading up on it! I'm going to be starting IUI process in March and afraid it won't work if I have endometriosis! Don't want to fork out all that money to find out it would have never worked anyway! Have any of you concieved doing IUI with endo? How do I approach my dr with this I don't want him to think I'm a hypochondriac!
