Corpus Luteal Cysts

So I know I have a corpus luteal cyst on my ovary and my doctor says it's totally normal and keeps pregnancy hormones high, but after having sex today it's aching. Nothing severe, but a mild almost ovulation type pain. Normal or should I call my doctor?
