Thoughts on hair color/dye?

Has anyone dyed their hair during pregnancy? I was before (always at salons) and stopped as soon as we were trying, but now they greys are really starting to bother me (I have dark brown hair so it's noticeable). I looked into organic dyes but they have mixed reviews? A lot of what I read is that it is safe this far in but I am still weary or the chemicals.

As long as you're in a well ventilated Area you should be fine . And make sure it's ammonia free.

I got my hair done when I was around 6 weeks and just dyed it the other day! It's perfectly safe! Just make sure you're in a well ventilated area!

I found out I was pregnant by dying my my hair and it wouldn't take. Took a test that night and it was positive. My baby is perfectly healthy now. Just make sure it's well ventilated areas.

I've bleached & dyed my hair. I done a lot of research on it and everything turned out fine 😊 I have heard that the colour may not come out as planned due to hormones though lol just make sure you do it in a well ventilated area

I have! I just did, I needed a new look and was tired of my dry looking highlights. I did google it before and I read as long as you don't do it all the time its ok. I mean I may have opted for some organic natural dye if my stylist had that option but wont be doing it alot during pregnancy. Love my hair now lol

I have dyed mine twice so far. My doctor says as long as you are in a well ventilated area you are fine. So far everything has been fine with my little bean.

I have, it's fine. I'm very careful/mindful of things and this isn't a concern.

I dyed my hair back brown because I was platinum blonde and my roots were awful so I didn't have much choice. I was 14 weeks when I did it and baby is perfectly fine at 25 weeks 😊😊 it's safe I also asked my ob and he said its fine.
