Cant even keep water down

How severe does vomiting need to be before I should call my doctor/go to the ER for a drip? I've puked 8 times in the last 8 hours. Can't even keep water down, just vomiting bile now. I have a 2 year old to take care of and I can't leave the couch/bathroom floor 😣 I'm 13 weeks pregnant and some change.
