Getting nails done

Before I found out I was pregnant I got my nails done regularly...acrylic tips with gel polish. Now that I'm pregnant I know it's not safe to use the UV light but my birthday is coming up next week so I'd like to have my nails done for dinner. Anyone have any alternatives to getting tips? I would still like to have the tips because they look nice so I was thinking press-ons but I'm open to other options :)
