Worried

I'm 7 weeks 4 days. I don't have an appointment until Thursday the 4th, I'm not sure how to put this.. I went to the bathroom yesterday an when I wiped there was pinkish blood on the tp an then I wiped again an nothing. I went to the bathroom today an the same thing happened. I've had cramps come an go. Please give something positive. I don't know what to do if I lost my baby.
