Feeling discomfort

So idk if this is normal or not ... But for the past few days I've been feeling numb on the top of my stomach ... My baby moves and everything like constantly and she hurts my ribs so much so I thought it was that but now if my arms are carrying something or lifting something I feel that heat and numbness going through my arms like on my stomach and I get it on my legs too but it's mainly in my stomach top half. Is it normal ? FYI it's my first pregnancy and I'm now 31 weeks
