Weird rash on inner upper-thigh?

I was wondering if anyone out there has had a similar experience with a rash like this. I just got this last night and it hasn't gone away :(. This is my first pregnancy and I'm not sure if this is just another pregnancy symptom or something serious that I'd need looked at by a specialist. It hasn't spread and doesn't hurt or itch.... I'm 17 weeks along. Any ideas?
