Weird dream + implant???

Okay so this might be a little long. I got the nexplanon implant in November, I started bleeding a week after getting it and bled clear up til this week. About a week ago I had a dream that me and my boyfriend had sex and I got pregnant and the way we found out was that my period stopped. Earlier this week I was on my period still and we had sex (we had sex multiple times since I got the implant and it never stopped before) and it pretty much stopped that day.  No trace of blood since just some light tinged mucus one day and a lot of mucus since. It's surely a coincidence right????
