Have a question

So I'm 36 weeks and 4 days I've been nesting for about 3 days now. Today after I cleaned the whole house I got super tired but couldn't sleep, now I have this weird feeling like I used to get before I started my period, I also feel like I have to pee but I know I don't have to pee while cleaning I was having contractions but not close enough together to go to the hospital.. Does this mean anything? I'm a FTM so I don't really know anything about labor
