MoDi twins

Janae
I just found out two days ago my twins are MoDi. When they did my ultrasound it looked like one twin was laying on top of the other. Almost squishing it. And my Baby A (on the bottom) wasn't nearly as active as Baby B (on the top). This may be a silly question but could Baby B be preventing Baby A from moving around in this position? My husband is very concerned.
