Please help, freaking out.

I have a cat, whose litter box I have changed while being pregnant.. My doctor just gave me my packet about pregnancy and I read about toxoplasmosis, which is a parasite in the cats feces that could cause severe problems to my baby. I can't think straight right now, and I'm terrified, I honestly want to get rid of this cat now. Please someone put my mind at ease. I'm so sick to my stomach. Read a lot of terrifying things on the internet of course and its just awful.
