Too late to ask a doctor

I got bit by something.. Not sure what.. It's been a couple days but haven't called the doctor thinking it's fine and will go away. I'm 10 weeks pregnant and hope whatever bit me doesn't affect the baby. I haven't touched it once it doesn't really hurt or anything it's just red and has a slight tingle. I know I should ask a doctor but what do you think? Will this bite affect the baby? Oh and I never realized how hairy my arms were until now😔
