Different types of contractions

Nicole • Sat, Jan 30 • Baby #3 for me & it's a BOY! Due date is 2/15/16. I have a 9 year old boy & an 8 year old girl.

Im sure we've all had Braxton Hicks by now, but have any of you felt different contractions yet? I only ask cause I'm lying in bed, was falling asleep, but I'm getting surges of pain that feels like period cramps?
